Trampoline training is a fun and engaging workout on a competitive trampoline. Training is closely related to choreography and gymnastics. Basic elements on the trampoline, the basics of jumping and being in the air, and posture are practiced. The training is suitable for both beginners and advanced.
Time: Mondays 15:15 – 16:45
