HIIT training

HIIT training (high-intensity interval training) consists of short, high-pulse training sessions with rest breaks in between. Since the training is mostly of high intensity, where it is possible to burn 300-400 calories in 30-40 minutes, it is one of the most time-saving training options.

HIIT is a great way to develop endurance, strength, cardiovascular, and metabolism and challenge yourself. At the same time as you build up your strength and endurance, your heart and lungs also take a load.

45 minutes includes both warm-up, basic training and stretching.

Sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone to gain confidence, and HIIT workouts are a great way to do that!
