All trainings are for free until end of September (registration still necessary through online training calendar)!

Tallinn University training times:

  • in autumn: from the 3rd week of September to the 2nd week of December (winter vacation 1 month)
  • in spring: from the 3rd week of January to the end of May (summer vacation 3 months)

Everyone is welcome to the TLU trainings, regardless of level and previous experience. Exercise enthusiasts from outside Tallinn University can also join the training sessions. In the 2024 season, bachata / salsa dance class has been added, and it’s free for everyone. 

Free trainings: bachata / salsa dance class,  badminton and  entertaining joint training on Wednesdays.

Trainings for a small fee: table tennis, yoga, gym circuit training/ABC, trampoline training and pilates.

purchasing a 1x pass/ monthly package and prices

Instructions for using the online training calendar:

  1. Choose a suitable workout from the calendar and click on it.
  2. Log in with your user (the first time you log in, you need to create an account).
  3. Click “Register and pay online” if you want to purchase a one-time pass or “Buy a package” (from the calendar e-store) if you want to purchase a 1-, 3-, or 4-month training package.
  4. If the training package has been purchased, you only need to register by pressing “Register” on the training. Registration for training is mandatory.
  5. Having one package gives you the opportunity to participate in one training session of your chosen sport every week.
  6. If you are attending free trainings then it is still necessary to registrate in the online calendar.

PS: volleyball training has a separate package that gives you the opportunity to participate in training 2x a week.

Prices (1 freely chosen sport):

  • 9 euros one time pass (for everyone)
  • 24 eur/month TLU student/employee/alumni
  • 34 eur/month from outside TLU
  • 70 eur/4 months (for everyone)
  • 60 eur/3 months (for everyone)
  • 40 eur/month (2 different sports) for everyone

GYM vita builidng (Narva street 27/1, V-001)

The new gym is located on the 0th floor of the VITA building in room V-001. Access to the Vita building (as well as the gym) is through the Nova building, if it is closed, through the Mare entrance.

The gym is located on 200 square meters and is equipped with modern Life Fitness brand strength and cardio equipment.

The changing rooms are located on the 0th floor in the immediate vicinity of the gym

Sports hall (ballgames hall) Vita building (Narva street 27/1, V-101) info

There is a newly completed hall for ball games in the Vita  building of Tallinn University. In the hall, you can practice basketball and volleyball, indoor hockey, indoor soccer and badminton. In addition, it is possible to conduct group training sessions and use the equipment for various sports activities. The hall can be divided into two squares using a curtain.

gymnasium Terra building (Narva Street 25, T-104) info

There is a gymnasium in Terra building of Tallinn University at Narva mnt 25. The hall is suitable for gymnastics and acrobatics, as well as for group training.

Räägu sports hall (Räägu street 49) info

There is a soirts hall for ball games (size 25x13m) in the  Tallinn University Räägu building (Räägu street 49). In the hall it is possible to practice basketball and volleyball, use scoreboards.
